Shipping
- Orders will only be shipped to addresses within the contiguous 48 states of the United States of America or the District of Columbia.
- Our preferred shipping carriers are UPS and USPS; however, we reserve the right to use other shipping carriers.
- Orders can be shipped to home or business addresses. Any order submitted will be shipped by standard delivery unless expedited shipping is requested when the order is placed.
- The consumer is responsible for ensuring that shipping to the address is accurate. No replacements will be sent due to incorrect address inputs.
2 Day and Next-Day Delivery Timelines
Next-day and 2-day orders are processed the same day if received before 11:00 AM EST, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays and weekends. If an order is received after 11 AM EST, the order will ship the next business day (for example, an order placed after 11 AM EST on Friday will ship on the following Monday). Please note that observed US holidays include New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve. Additional federal holiday closures may also apply. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time.
Standard Delivery

Non-Received Orders
Orders where online tracking shows delivered by the carrier, but the consumer claims non-receipt will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Package traces may be placed with the carrier and can take up to 8 business days or longer to provide proof of delivery. Orders where the delivery carrier confirms delivery will remain the same. Orders where the carrier cannot confirm delivery will result in replacement if the original item(s) are still available. If the item(s) are no longer available, a full refund will be provided back to the original form of payment.
Risk of Loss
- All items purchased from us are made under a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
