- Ensure you follow the displayed usage instructions on the packaging to get the ideal effect. Applications must be used, as instructed, to ensure NICOSHIELD™ products’ effectiveness,
- Incomplete or multiple requests will not be honored, granted, or returned, and NICOSHIELD™ is not responsible for lost, late, or undelivered submissions.
- Consumers are responsible for return shipping charges to exercise the money-back guarantee. We advise keeping available and securing a tracking number for any returned packages.
- We will only consider one refund per name, household, and address.
- The amount refunded will be the NICOSHIELD™ product’s purchase price only, paid by you for the returned item (which reflects the amount of any discounts, promotions, or coupons you received), including sales tax charged concerning the item, as applicable.
- For Defective, damaged, or incorrect items
- If you received a damaged or defective item from us, or the wrong item was shipped to you within the last 30 days (of contacting us), you will receive a replacement if the original item(s) are still available. You must have purchased the item from us at nicoshield.myshopify.com. If the item(s) are no longer available, a full refund will be provided back to the original form of payment. Please allow time for the credit card issuer to credit your account, which could take up to (10) ten business days. The credit may take one complete billing cycle to appear on your account. Only your credit card company will determine when your statement will reflect your credit.

- We may request photos or the physical return of defective/damaged/incorrect products at our discretion. Please keep all materials/packing until a resolution is provided.
- Please refer to our money-back guarantee policy where the consumer ordered the incorrect item. The consumer is responsible for the cost of return.
